Note:

How to use:
Identify the correct plug for each ear.
Pull your ear lobe away from your head
Holding the insertion stem, place the correct side plug into the outer ear gently and insert until set.
If plug does not form watertight seal try wiggling on outer stem while gently pushing on ear plug.
